Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparent refund and cancellation practices for CoreInsightsAI engagements.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a signed service agreement within 3 business days of signing provided no project work has commenced. For ongoing retainer agreements, specific cancellation notice periods and terms are set out in the SOW.
  • If work has commenced, cancellations are handled per the SOW and may require payment for work performed up to the cancellation date.

Refunds — failed transactions & reconciliation

If a payment is debited from your account but the transaction ultimately fails or is not completed due to technical or reconciliation issues, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method promptly after reconciliation. We aim to initiate such refunds within 3 business days of identifying the failed transaction. Actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on banks and payment networks and typically ranges from 3–10 business days.

Refunds — service disputes or contract termination

For customer-requested refunds (for example, termination for convenience or disputes about service quality), we will review the request in good faith. If a refund is approved, refunds for unused or undelivered portions of services will typically be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Any approved refund amount will be calculated after deducting charges for services already rendered, third-party costs incurred, and any non-refundable fees specified in the SOW.

Non-refundable items

Consulting hours already delivered, completed milestone payments, custom deliverables already accepted by the client, and third-party fees already incurred on the client's behalf are non-refundable unless specifically agreed otherwise in the SOW.

How to request a refund

Email support@coreinsightsai.com with your invoice/order ID, description of the issue, and supporting documentation. We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and keep you updated on the review.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider (chargeback), CoreInsightsAI will cooperate with the payment processor and financial institutions to provide documentation and evidence. We reserve the right to contest illegitimate or unwarranted chargebacks and to recover fees where applicable.
