Terms & Conditions

Services, deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria will be described in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal. The SOW prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. For international projects, invoices may be issued in INR or an agreed foreign currency (for example, USD) as specified in the SOW.
• Payments are processed using secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways or banking networks; CoreInsightsAI does not retain card numbers or CVV data on our systems.
• Invoice due dates, milestone payments and late-payment remedies will be specified in the SOW. Unpaid invoices may incur interest or suspension of services as described in the SOW.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to data, systems, and personnel required for delivery. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines and increase costs.

• Client retains ownership of its pre-existing data, content and materials provided to CoreInsightsAI.
• CoreInsightsAI retains ownership of proprietary models, software, methodologies and tools used to deliver services, unless otherwise transferred by written agreement. Deliverables created specifically for the client are licensed to the client as set out in the SOW.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary information exchanged during the engagement and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the services.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in the SOW, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreInsightsAI's aggregate liability for direct damages arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

Engagements continue for the term specified in the SOW. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within the period specified in the SOW. Termination obligations (final deliverables, invoices, return/deletion of data) are described in the SOW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jharkhand, India.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on our website. Individual SOWs remain governed by the version in effect when signed unless both parties agree otherwise.
